The Department of Urology and the Division of Nuclear Medicine at the Medical University of Vienna are pleased to welcome Professor Michael Hofman as a Visiting Professor.
Professor Hofman is a nuclear medicine physician and researcher at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia. He serves as Director of the Prostate Cancer Theranostics and Imaging Centre of Excellence (ProsTIC) and leads the centre’s PET/CT service. In 2024, he was recognised by The Australian as one of Australia’s Top 250 Researchers. He previously completed a research fellowship at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital in London.
